Enable to set frame rate for display

You can change frame rate for display.(Default value is 5fps.)

If you want to present slide show smoothly, please change to high frame rate.

But it costs cpu and battery power in high frame rate.

Add 60% scale for display

You can choose 60% scale for low resolution display.
